Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a partial payment is required at the time of online booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and we reserve the right to retain all or a portion of the deposit. This policy helps us respect our team’s time and availability, while continuing to provide reliable, high-quality service to all clients.
